Our preferred payment method is through PayPal, although we also accept payment via credit card through the 2CheckOut payment platform. All ordered items must be paid for within seven days of making the order, otherwise the sale will be cancelled and the item(s) will be returned to our store inventory.

For shipping, customers have a choice of USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. For fragile or especially valuable items, these will be fully insured for transit at no extra cost to the customer. For books and videos, these items will be shipped via USPS Media Mail only.

For orders of two or more products, these items can be packaged and shipped together to save on shipping fees. If you wish to order multiple products, please contact our support staff at support@tarakit.com or our sales team at sale@tarakit.com and let us know the full list of items you wish to order. We will then respond to you with the reduced shipping fee and instructions on how to place your combined order.

Returns Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product description page, you are entitled to return all new, unopened items with 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement. In addition, we will also pay for the return shipping costs if the product you have bought is defective or the order is incorrect in any way.

We aim to refund you in full within four weeks of receipt of your returned items, although in the majority of cases your refund will be credited to you sooner than this.

Generally, after we receive a return request it takes between five and ten business days for us to receive your returned items, and then another three to five business days for us to process the returned items. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional five to ten days for them to process your refund.

In order to return an item, you need to login to your account, go to My Account > Complete Orders > and then select the item you wish to return. Click on the Return Item button, and then select if you want a replacement or a refund. Once we have received the returned item and fully processed it, we’ll send you notification by email and issue you with a full refund or a replacement as per your request.
