Q: What payment options do I have?
A: We prefer to use PayPal for all purchases. If you haven’t used PayPal before, don’t worry. It’s very easy to register and about is the most secure payment platform on the web. Alternatively, we also accept credit card payments through 2CheckOut, a verified safe and secure payment platform. Currently we cannot accept checks.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: All of our products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Should you have any concerns about the products you have purchased, feel free to contact us for more information, or you can contact the manufacturer yourself directly.
Q: When will you ship my order?
A: We do our utmost to send out your order as soon as we receive confirmation of payment, within one or two business days at the most.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: No, sales tax is not charged on any items we sell. The prices we list are the prices you have to pay, there are no hidden charges of any kind.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: The vast majority of our products are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to anywhere in the USA, although certain fragile or bulky items may incur a small fee. For more information, please see the product description page, where any applicable shipping fees are listed clearly.
For shipping to Canada however, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 per item.
Q: I want to return an item. What should I do?
A: Our return policy is very simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you can return them to us to be exchanged or receive a full refund.
In order to return an item, you need to login to your account, go to My Account > Complete Orders > and then select the item you wish to return. Click on the Return Item button, and then select if you want a replacement or a refund. Once we have received the returned item and fully processed it, we’ll send you notification by email and issue you with a full refund or a replacement as per your request.
Note that in order to receive a full refund, the items you have purchased need to be returned to us in exactly the same condition as it was received, within 30 days of delivery. Any requests to return an item after 30 days may be rejected without reason or announcement.
