How does our affiliate program work?

To get started, you need to click on the banner ad on this page. It will then redirect you to our affiliate program signup page. Please make sure to use a correct email address, as we will reply to you with the 5% discount code.

As soon as you join our affiliate program, we will post a $30.00 bonus to your account as our way of saying “thank you”.

How can you get people referred to us?

There are many ways to get people to go to our website and purchase something.

• Write about us on your blogs.
• Share our information with other members of a forum.
• Email the 5% discount code we send you directly to your friends, family, colleagues, and acquaintances.
• Let friends on your social network account know about us.
• Place our banner ad on your website or forum. (You can find our banners in your affiliate account.)

What is the commission rate and how and when will you be paid?

• You will receive a 10% commission on each order that you refer to us.
• There is never a cap on your earnings.
• Commission payments are sent via PayPal or through an ACH bank transfer.       (You must reach level 2 or more before you can ask us to pay via this second method. See “FAQ” below.)
• We pay commissions on the first day of the month for all referral orders delivered more than 15 days previously. For example, on August 1st, we will pay commissions for all referral orders placed in July and delivered by July 15.
• Payouts are made once a month. You must have a minimum of $100.00 in your account to receive earned commissions. If you do not, we will carry your account balance over from month to month until you have reached the minimum.

FAQ

How long does it take to see my commissions posted?

Your approved commissions will show up 15 days from the date we receive the customer’s order, OR 45 days after the sale occurs, whichever comes first.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn through your affiliate program?

No, there is never a limit on how much you can earn through our affiliate program. You can earn as much as you can deliver without any weekly or monthly cap.

I earned a commission. Why haven't I been paid?

In order to receive your commission, you must first reach a minimum of $100.00 in your account. If your account balance is less than that, we will carry it over from month to month until it reaches $100.00. The first month your balance reaches $100.00, we will pay you.

How much am I paid?

First, you get a $30.00 bonus just for signing up! After that, we pay you on two different sale levels.

First Tier: You get 10% OR a $15.00 commission for your Pay-Per-Sale referrals. These two commission styles are known as “Pay-Per-Sale Percentage” and “Pay-Per-Sale Flat Rate”.

Within each “Commission Style”, there are several levels you can reach (six levels in the “Pay-Per-Sale Percentage” and three in the “Pay-Per-Sale Flat Rate”). In order to advance to the next level, thirty delivered sales are required. Each succeeding level will improve the commission you will receive.

The following shows the levels and increased commissions that go with them.

The six levels of Pay-Per-Sale Percentage:  

1. 10% per sales delivered to us.  

2. 12% per sales delivered to us.

3. 15% per sales delivered to us.  

4. 17% per sales delivered to us.  

5. 20% per sales delivered to us.  

6. 25% per sales delivered to us.  

The three levels of Pay-Per-Sale Flat Rate:  

1. $15 USD per sales delivered to us.  

2. $20 USD per sales delivered to us.  

3. $25 USD per sales delivered to us.  

Second Tier: For each new member you refer who sign ups for our affiliate program, you will receive a 10% commission on whatever they earn each month.  

Do I receive a commission on any additional sales my referred customer makes?

If a customer you referred to us makes another purchase within 90 days of their initial purchase, commissions for that additional purchase will be added to your account automatically.

What method do you use to send me my commission?

Commission payments are sent via PayPal or through a U.S. Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfer. (You must reach level 2 or more before you can ask us to pay via this second method.)

What constitutes a breach of agreed to Terms and Conditions when marketing TaraKit?

The following actions will cause an affiliate account to be suspended or cancelled.

• Using our domain name TaraKit.com or www.TaraKit.com in the display URL of any Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising.
• Using “TaraKit” in your domain name in order to promote us (example: TaraKitstuff.com).
• Competing against us in Pay Per Click marketing using the keywords "TaraKit" or "Tara Kit" in PPC ad copy. It is against our policy to pay a commission when a potential client is already searching for us using our company-specific keywords.

Can I make a personal purchase using my affiliate link for a discount?

No. Our affiliate program is not a discount program. We will, however, trade in earned referral commissions towards an item if you so choose.

If someone in my traffic log bookmarks your site, and a week later comes back to make a purchase, do I get credit for the purchase?

We track your click for 90 days. If the visitor returns to purchase within 90 days, you will receive credit for the transaction as long as you are the last affiliate link clicked prior to the sale.

When am I paid?

We pay commissions on or about the 1st of each month. The minimum earned commission to generate a payout is $100.00. If your account balance is less than that, we will carry it over from month to month until it reaches $100.00. The first month your balance reaches $100.00, we will pay you.

Why does tiny.ly show clicks that do not show up in my traffic log?

Tiny.ly logs all traffic, including bots, crawlers, etc. There are a lot of bots, and crawlers that crawl Twitter.com, so the tiny.ly click counts tend to be a bit higher.
